Welcome to the 30 day fitness challenge! The key to building lasting habits is to take small steps every day that will train you to stick with it, so this challenge is designed to help you start small and work your way up to a serious workout.
This is a body weight only challenge so you need no equipment. You will work your arms, abs and legs with this so this is a total body work out that will only take up a few minutes of your day. By the end of 30 days you will be able to complete 30 reps of each exercise and hold a plank for 2 and a half minutes. Don’t be intimidated! It starts with 1 rep and each day you only add 1 more so you can do this!
